I have an L2/L3 far lateral disc prolapse. I've had two injections of steroids to reduce the swelling pressing on my nerves to the top of my left leg, which is numb. The last injection worked well on 14 Oct 2020. I am worried about what exercise/stretching to do that will benefit healing and not do anymore damage.
