M.O.T – It’s Now Your Turn!

Christian Bates 2

Every year I take my car to the garage for an M.O.T.

Because legally I have too but also for my own safety.

You see…

It’s within my interest (and safety) to make sure I get the oil changed, tyres changed (if needed) and brakes checked.

And it’s the same with your body.

When was the last time you had a body M.O.T. to either get you our of pain or prevent injury or illness?

If you’re like the majority of patients I see for the first time, my guess is that it might have been a while.

And that’s ok…

Life gets in the way, work, children, social life etc…

But over time your body will breakdown.

You see it’s very rare that you go to bed and wake up in the morning with an injury, illness or disease.

What happens is if you neglect your body it breaks down over time, just like your car.

So my question to you is…

When was the last time you had a body M.O.T?

How long have you been in pain or discomfort?

If this sounds like you then I encourage you to contact us today to consult an osteopath.

Yours in health,
