I like my tea: Anouschka is the first of the Soothe Team to break out into the realms of ‘other teas’… She has neglected all standard British decorum and opted for Earl Grey… with milk… What is to become of us?
Anouschka in a nutshell:
Anouschka started early… by the time she was 12 she would often have queues of sore shouldered friends (and staff) every break and dinner time!
With over 6 years of professional massage experience, Anouschka combines a love of yogic energy awareness and great massage techniques to work intuitively to find the ‘nice’ points and dissolve the physical tension and or/ emotional blockage in that area.
Anouschka brings a deep sense of healing to her clients… this isn’t just a ‘normal’ body massage!
Anouschka has been teaching Dru Yoga for 8 years including pregnancy classes, children’s yoga and yoga for special needs groups.
She has travelled throughout UK teaching on the Dru Yoga Teacher Training Courses, and post graduate modules. Anouschka has also travelled to Scotland and Germany teaching over 500 school and university students yoga and self empowerment techniques.
