Times and places
We're very responsive to our patients needs, and have a full diary of appointment times available, including lunchtimes, evenings and weekends! Based in Manchester City centre - we're ideally located for that lunchtime stress busting massage!
What to expect on your first treatment
Your first appointment is always slightly longer, as your therapist /consultant will need to take your medical history. This will take about 10-15 minutes.
What to wear
You will need to undress to your underwear to enable the osteopath to assess and treat your back. If you are uncomfortable with this, please wear clothing such as shorts and a vest top, that you will feel comfortable in. You are most welcome to bring a chaperone should you wish.

Please wear loose clothing such as tracksuit bottoms and a t-shirt. Anything that you can comfortably move and stretch in. Yoga mats and blocks will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own mat should you prefer.
What time to arrive
We aim to provide the best possible service to our busy clientele. Many of our clients have only a short amount of time free in the day in which to attend their appointment. It is therefore vital that appointment schedules keep to time, for everyone’s benefit.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, please be aware that your appointment duration may consequently be shorter. We apologise for this in advance, but you will thank us when it is you who is in a rush!
Payments
Payment is due on the day of appointment. You may pay by cash, cheque or debit/credit card. Please take the time to read our terms and conditions.
We are covered by all the main medical insurance companies. You may require a referral letter from your GP.
